Ab Wheels: Do They Really Work?

Fitness experts advise that you should strengthen your lower back muscles first before
attempting to use the ab wheels, especially if you lead a sedentary lifestyle. Weight training can help you develop your lower back muscles and get you ready to work out on the ab wheel. In fact, experts agree that beginners will find working out on an ab wheels to be extremely challenging.
For the ab wheels to really work for you, start with exercises that match your fitness level. Roll out only as far as you can control the wheel. Start with less range of motion until your abs are strong enough and you have mastered the form.

Remember, there is nothing magical about the ab wheels. You still need to have a proper diet in order to lose fat and shrink your belly. It can definitely boost your results though.
